What Dvale is, and is not
Dvale is a cosmetic skincare device. It is not registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration and it is not a medical device. Nothing on this site is medical advice. No claim is made to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are treating a diagnosed skin condition, speak to your GP or dermatologist rather than to a website.
If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, check with your doctor before using any LED device.
Product information
Wavelength figures and specifications shown on this site are as stated by the manufacturer. We have not independently measured them and we say so wherever they appear.
CE and RoHS are declared on the manufacturer's specification sheet. We have requested the certificates themselves and have not received them. We have also requested an IEC 62471 photobiological safety report, an irradiance figure measured at the skin, and electrical safety testing of the charging circuit, and have received none of them. We do not display a badge for a document we do not hold. When a document arrives, it is published in full. If it never arrives, that stays on the site too.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If we cannot supply, we refund in full and tell you why.
Stock and pricing errors
If a price or stock figure on the site is wrong, we will contact you before charging you, and you can cancel.
Governing law
The law of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in this clause limits the rights of a New Zealand consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.
