Where we ship
Australia and New Zealand. Nowhere else, for now. Prices are in Australian dollars for both.
What it costs
Nothing. Tracked delivery is included in the price on the product page.
How long it takes
Your order leaves our manufacturing partner within three business days. Transit is then seven to twelve days. A New Zealand address usually sits at the slower end of that range. If your parcel is going to take longer than the range we printed, we tell you before you have to ask.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number when the parcel is dispatched. Tracking on parcels arriving from overseas goes quiet for a few days in the middle. That is normal and it is not lost. If it has not moved in seven days, write to us and we will chase it rather than asking you to.
Where it ships from
Overseas, from our manufacturing partner, directly to you. We say so here because you will see it on the tracking and we would rather you heard it from us.
Customs and duty
In Australia, goods valued at A$1,000 or less generally enter without customs duty or an import processing charge, and that covers this product. In New Zealand, Customs does not collect at the border when the amount owing is below NZ$60, and an order this size sits under that. Either way, nothing should be payable on arrival, and the commitment does not depend on us being right: if anything ever is charged to you, send us the receipt and we refund it. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
If it arrives damaged
Email : dvale4051@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph. We replace it. You do not need to argue the point with us.
