What we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number if you give one. Payment is handled by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
When you create an account or ask for a discount code: your email address.
When you browse: standard analytics data, including pages viewed and how you arrived. This comes through Shopify and any analytics tools listed below.
What we do with it
Ship your order, answer your questions, and process returns. If you asked for the code or subscribed, we email you about Dvale. We do not email daily and we do not have that much to say.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not pass your address to anyone other than the parties who need it to deliver your order or process your payment.
Who else sees it
Shopify, which hosts this store. Our payment providers. Our fulfilment partner, which needs your delivery address to send the parcel and which is located overseas. By placing an order you consent to your delivery details being disclosed overseas for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.

One click, on any email we send.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to Dvale4051@gmail.com and we will answer.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. If you are in New Zealand, the equivalent is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
